The 35th Anniversary Leadership Awards will take place on the evening of Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Doubletree Hotel, 1515 Rhode Island Ave, NW from 7:00-9:00 pm.

Featuring a Special Tribute to the life and memory of Stein Club Co-Founder Dr. Frank Kameny

Complimentary beer and wine will be provided for the first hour.
Light fare will also be provided.

The 35th Anniversary Leadership Awards recipients are:

Dr. Frank Kameny Pioneer Award- Dr. Frank Kameny (awarded posthumously)
Justice Award- Aubrey Sarvis and Servicemembers Legal Defense Network
Heil-Balin Community Service Award- Ruby Corado
Michael Bustamonte and James Zais Political Development Award-

Wanda Alston Democratic Service Award- Jeffrey Richardson
Richard Rausch Equality Award- Rev. Dr. Susan Newman
President's Award- Peggy Shorey
